The company works across Southern Ontario and Cottage Country where buyers pay attention to lot quality, architecture, finish level, and the credibility of the finished product.
That is why Phinski controls more of the process. The more fragmented a project becomes, the harder it is to protect design intent, schedule discipline, and margin.
