Phinski Inc. was established to unite architectural refinement and master-builder execution. We do not mass-produce generic houses. We take on a curated number of residences each year, dedicating our full attention to making them extraordinarily beautiful.

Too many renovations today treat buildings like blank white canvases—ripping out historic character and replacing it with cheap, disposable finishes. We take the opposite approach.
When we walk onto a site, we look for what should be celebrated: 24-inch stone walls, rough-sawn hemlock bents, panoramic river views, or the way afternoon light filters through ancient pines. We preserve what matters and introduce modern architectural clarity where it elevates daily living.

Trained in classical architecture and contemporary Scandinavian minimalism. Directs spatial layout, daylight sequencing, material selection, and historical preservation approvals.
The Hands in the Field
Over two decades restoring 19th-century Canadian timber frames, stone masonry, and complex structural underpinning. Governs daily trade execution, tolerances, and artisan finishes.
The Guardian of Capital & Time
Oversees pre-construction budgeting, client transparency, supply chain procurement, and regulatory approvals. Ensures every renovation is delivered with clarity and calm.
